I am not asking you to do the same job as mine but to seek your understanding.
I would like to thank you personally for giving me an unspeakable opportunity. As a young professional, I see the direction in my life towards success. Knowing that I will grow old with this shared passion between us. I perceived you as my mother, so it equates my respect and admiration on you. Actually now that I spend more hours in the office, somehow we both felt the genuine care for each other. Moreover, since I was your newly adopted child, I consider your biological son as my adopted younger brother. When we grows, I will also correct, empower and support him.
Our Company
Starting right is a choice and should not be an option. Many times, I've witnessed your sacrifices. You never lose drive, plans and hope. To realistically dream what's in store for us. Insomuch that we are doing what we can no longer could do.
Sometimes, it's best to say no. Like when there is a marketer and we will do our best to sway away them. When we have overwhelming customer and will jeopardize our health, relationship and integrity. Sometimes, we can say no.
1. Effectivity versus Productivity
The reason why being people start to murmur because they would feel it. They don't think first on what are the consequences. Why company wish to generate more revenue and just think this is the best way without putting the feeling.
If your staff is working 6Hrs continuously without a break, how to you feel? What do you think are they thinking? Is feeling and thinking still matter when our hope are about to realized?
2. Plan versus Promise
Each company has a goal to stick on it. We also teach our children to actually set it firmly. We also have promises on ourselves that most of the times fail. We have rules not to promise to parents/ clients but show them the plans. The training process, expectation and the schedule should have been just a basic standard.
If then, the people are overwhelming, don't burned out the people. But create a gateway to pass through this new hopefuls.
3. Freebies versus Increase
Treating colleagues is a nice thing to do when everything falling in place. It's a one thing that's making imperfect looks perfect! Like when overload of works and backlogs are on our shoulders, don't see it that a meal is replacement for all worries and sacrifices. They are grown up adults and lollies are not anymore acceptable.
Why do you think people are working smart or working hard, whatever they want to call? Well, it's because they want to generate buying power, more income and raise salary. So, instead of pacifying them the temporarily, why not consider it life-long?
Our Philosophy
It's good to refresh every now and then our standard both personal and professional. Ever since, I laid down the commitment I have not for the church but of God. God's grace provides everything for me and the career I have is just the manifestation of His love. He can take away what I have now or yet being faithful will brings blessings in us. When Sunday is off, don't make me feels guilty.
We get a living by what we believe. In fact, when you look around you will see we're full of ideas. And these ideas, create money for those people who fought and believed. We work hard and clock in more hours in 6 days, but please don't robbed my sole rest, worship day!
I can commit to be loyal, competent and arrogant if you need me. Unlikely you will be in favour when I mirror yourself. If you are offended, go and tell me, so I will do the same before anything arrives at the heart!

Long time ago, on the era when calendar has not been discovered and no electricity or technology to support the analogy...we are connected and true. There are many slaves - rich, follower - leader, builder - destroyer, supporter - killer. Nowadays, you will bump and identify them in modern ways. These are the commercialism, communism and being in political situations such as democratic and parliament.
