When I will be asked by someone, what superpower I wanted to possess, I will gladly reply "to control". But let me correct my statement, which aboveall who can control and must be able to do this is only --- God!
I just thought that it would be happy if I can control the situations by changing the mindset of mischievious people, the broken marriages or any other forms of relationship, the physical wealth, the emotional battle and war among nations, the life span spent, the attraction from opposite sex, the temporary pleasures and more such decisions to be made that affect one kind.
Problems are just merely part of our lives. In fact, it will refine our character than living in comfort of ignorance. We must be patience in dealing circumatances in life. Like the Bible says, tribulation worketh patience. So if we pray for the patience coming from Above, He will send us earthly trials. He wants us to live like Him because He is our Father, our great role model to follow. We also repeatedly heard that we are precious stone or gold that needs to be put on fire to test if it's genuine or bogus.
To control, as we usually compare are really differs from leading. Even leading to ruling - though it varies from given situations and context. However, I can comprehend that one should be able to stand for the rest carrying the burdens of many. While others would be capable of dictating for others to be changed or influenced their lives. I still believed, it is difficult tasks when we organize things to put in order like traffic on the roads, man who choose to be miserable, words to be thrown, cycle in nature, dynamics of the world or advancement of science, at one time or all the time!
Not just on material aspect but hearts and minds of people, too. When God knocks on to our hearts, we kept it closed though He's consistent. When the Holy Spirit speaks in our mind to do what is right, we tend to follow our own flesh that soon lay on guilt. There are bunch of reasons and whereabouts that we can't act coherently which I found out really very impossible to bestowed by ordinary people, God can do. He is perfect and sinless; divine and everlasting; pure and gentle.
Therefore, in the highlights of the discussion, let Him do the rest and control your life. We have no power on ourselves ones being saved, owned by Him. Whatever problems you are facing on this temporal world, just have faith that prayers can be answered from heaven Above! If He speaks to the seas and storms of life, He can deal to the very bottom of our hearts and hypothalamus.
He controls every beat, blink and breath of us! He chooses every words, wishes and not to worry. He loves, laboured and lead all the time. We cannot question His power to control over us. And the only thing we should control is keep our focus on Him!
